 In a recruitment process, there are always two factors for consideration, which are very distinct and yet inextricably linked: expertise and interpersonal skills. E-testing business knowledge and skill assessment tests are particularly effective in quickly preselecting candidates during a large-scale recruitment campaign, for instance, before further behavioural and/or cognitive assessments are carried out to verify the candidate’s suitability for the position.  



E- testing

The E-testing range is the result of the collaboration between a technical test development specialist and a network of business experts and certified teachers.
More than 250 business knowledge and skill tests are now available in several languages to assess candidates’ knowledge of subjects such as French, office equipment, IT, general culture, geography, foreign languages, accounting and the hotel trade.
