Validation workshop

This workshop brings the working group together once again to make the decisions required to finalize the competency framework. To enhance the value of the framework, the next step is to validate the mock-up of the customized personality assessment report, which will then be used for all the organization’s selection and development purposes.

This stage usually requires adjustments to ensure that the framework is recognized and accepted by everyone involved.

Development and handover

The final step consists in developing the mock-up on the PerformanSe platform or within your organization’s environment so that it can then be used by the teams responsible for selection and development activities.

This step is not mandatory when creating a competency framework, although we do recommend it.
